HOW TO PREPARE: -Set your intention using positive, present tense language. -Become clear on the outcome you are aligning with for your experience. -Dress in swimwear appropriate for the pool if you plan to float. -If you are participating on land, dress in clothing that brings forth a feeling of relaxation and ease.
