This gathering is a sacred invitation to release, restore, and reconnect with your inner essence. Through intuitive soundscapes we create a cocoon of deep rest— where vibrations soothe, energy realigns, and tranquility unfolds.

We welcome you to partake in journal reflections, refreshments provided by Hue Cafe + Apothecary and connection after this transformative sound experience.
How to Prepare: • Set your intention [using positive present tense language, become clear on the outcome you are aligning with for your experience] • Dress comfortably in clothing that brings forth a feeling of relaxation and ease • Bring a yoga mat and/or soft cushions to lay on to support your rest and comfort • Blankets, pillows and eye masks will also help to deepen your relaxation and connection to self • Water • A journal
